We work directly with defence establishments, industrial operators, research institutions, and technology companies to deliver bespoke UAV systems and long-term engineering partnerships. Every engagement starts with a Mission Definition phase because we will not begin engineering until we understand the mission at the level the mission demands.
Programs are conducted under NDA as standard. Technical data and program details are handled on secure, access-controlled systems. We do not discuss one client's program with another.
Turnkey Platform Development
Complete platform design, simulation, fabrication, integration, and flight validation for a specific use case. Delivered as a fully tested, documented, deployment-ready system.

Program Process
Four phases from mission to deployment.
Mission Definition
Define the use case, payload requirements, operational environment, performance constraints, and target mission parameters.
Output: a signed technical brief and NDA.
Engineering Sprint
Parallel simulation and conceptual design tracks, with CFD/FEA models running while structure and propulsion options are defined.
Fast cycle. Data-driven decisions. Iterative review every two weeks.
Prototype Development
Physical build begins from validated simulation outputs, including composite fabrication, propulsion build, avionics integration, and payload fit-check.
First flight is scheduled within the agreed program plan.
Validation & Deployment
Structured ground and flight test program, documentation package for design audit, certification, or technology transfer, plus post-delivery support and extension options.
